Day 1: Lisboa - Óbidos - Alcobaça - Nazaré - Batalha - Fátima (217Km)
Via a landscape rich in windmills and fruit trees we arrive to Óbidos, surrounded by medieval walls where we can admire the harmony of the architecture, the diversity of the handicrafts and taste the famous ginginha (bitter cherry liqueur). Visit Alcobaça, home to the first and largest gothic church in Portugal with the tombs of D.Pedro and Inês de Castro. We stop in Nazaré, a typical fishing village and seaside resort. We continue to Batalha, to visit the Monastery of Santa Maria de Victoria. After we arrive to Fátima, the famous Marian Shrine. At this point there is the possibility to assist in the Candle procession. Fátima- overnight.

Day 2: Fátima - Coimbra - Aveiro - Oporto (270Km)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards Coimbra, to visit one of the oldest universities in the world. We stop at St Clara Church, where lies the tomb of Queen St. Isabel, the protagonist of the “miracle of the roses”. In the afternoon we continue to Aveiro, city of the canals, known as the “Portuguese Venice”. Drive to Oporto where we stay overnight.

Day 3: Oporto (25km)
Oporto the 2nd city of Portugal and world heritage by UNESCO - a living amphitheatre inviting us to make a morning visit to discover the riverside area, old houses, palaces, churches that history has made eternal and Port wine, known worldwide. Visitors have the afternoon free. Oporto - overnight

Day 4: Oporto - Guimarães - Braga - Barcelos - Oporto (178Km)
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour to the Minho provence, the northwest region of Portugal. Starting at Guimarães - the cradle of the nation, watch as you are plunged back into medieval times. Visit the Sacred Hill, crowned by the Castle; as well the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança. We drive to Braga known as the "Portuguese Rome" for its concentration of religious architecture, as the oldest Cathedral of the country, and the Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary with famous baroque stairway and gardens. After we shall continue to Barcelos, an historical city rich in popular handicraft where the Galo de Barcelos (the rooster of Barcelos) legend was born, eventually becoming a Portuguese icon. Return to Oporto. Oporto - overnight

Day 5: Oporto - Amarante - Vila Real - Douro Valley - Lamego - Viseu - Urgeiriça (254Km)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Amarante, a pretty town and home of São Gonçalo known for the promotion of love and marriage. Afterwards we drive to Vila Real, to visit the gardens of the manor of Mateus. Then we enter the Port wine region. We stop in Lamego, home to one of Portugal's most important shrines, Santuário de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. We continue to Viseu at the center of the Dão Vineyards and a city connected with Portugal´s oldest hero, Viriato, the Lusitanian chief. Along the center we find a busy commercial area. Arrival to Urgeiriça. Urgeiriça/Caldas da Felgueira –overnight

Day 6: Urgeiriça - Bussaco - Tomar - Lisboa (365 km)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive through the heart of Portugal until Bussaco. We continue to Tomar, where Dom Gualdim Pais, the first Grand Master of the Order in Portugal, founded the castle and the remarkable Convent of Christ inside. Enlarged and altered over the centuries, this retains the influences of various architectural styles; it is the centrepiece of the city and classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. We continue the journey until Lisbon.

Day 7: Lisbon - Sintra - Cabo da Roca - Cascais - Estoril (90 km) Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards to Sintra for a luxurious day. Enjoy the amazing view from the westernmost point of Europe (Cabo da Roca). Along the coast we pass by one of the most famous surfing beaches, the incredible Boca do Inferno, the cosmopolitan Cascais and the gardens of Estoril Casino. Return to Lisbon.

Day 8: Lisbon - Evora (140 km)
We spend one day discovering the town of Évora, a mosaic of culture, history and traditions. Leaving Lisbon we arrive at Évora – World Heritage of UNESCO. In the narrow streets of the whitewashed town we visit some of the most important monuments: the Roman Temple, the Romanesque-gothic Cathedral, Saint Francis Church whit the “Bones Chapel“, and the University. Along the visit we also admire the diversity and authenticity of local handicraft with cork, ceramic and copper objects. In the afternoon there is free time for a better discover of the city. Our suggestion: wine, cheese and olive oil gourmet proof.
Évora - overnight

Day 9: Evora - Beja - Silves - Lagos (250Km)
Breakfast in hotel. The beginning of the morning is at visitors leisure in Evora, and then we drive southward passing Beja, where the highest tower of Portuguese Medieval castles dominates the town and the region. Crossing small mountains we enter in the Algarve. Via fields of orange trees we arrive to Silves. We continue to the golden sands of the Algarve passing by Praia da Rocha to Lagos. Lagos - overnight

Day 10: Lagos - Ponta da Piedade - Sagres - Cabo de S. Vicente - Lagos (140 km)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Ponta da Piedade and admire the magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. We continue to Sagres, a fishing port and then proceed along the cliffs to Cabo São Vincente, the most southwestern point in Europe. Finally to the city of Lagos, a cosmopolitan town with a marina and fishing port where you can taste the delicious Algarve dishes, not forgetting the fine sweets such as the famous marzipans, almond and fig cakes. Return to the hotel where visitors have the afternoon to themselves to take a dip in the warm sea or explore further. Lagos - overnight

Day 11: Lagos - Setúbal - Serra da Arrábida - Lisbon (330km)
A last look at the water while traveling along the coast, to say farewell to the Algarve. The return trip to Lisbon will take you by the city of Setubal, a major port and industrial centre on the north bank of the Sado estuary. Then the scenic route over the Arrábida Mountain Range, an area preserved as a Natural Park, with amazing scenery and unique vegetation and sweeping views of the Tróia Peninsula. Crossing the bridge over the Tejo River, we arrive back in Lisbon.
